Do you need someone to be the fly on the wall for your day to make sure all your hard plans go smoothly? I’m your girl.

I’ve been working events since college I got my start in radio in the events and marketing team which sparked my love for events. That transitioned into helping a friend at the start of his photo booth business and traveling to venues all over the metro. Which lead to me working for various hotels and the Science Museum as a venue coordinator. I’ve worked over 100 weddings with these adventures and counting.
I was also a 2024 bride (Thats me! ^), so I have experience as a bride and a vendor. Wedding planning doesn’t need to be stressful and that’s what I’m here for. If you choose to have me as your coordinator, I’ll be with you every step of the way to make sure your day is what we planned it to be.

Weddings Made Easy
Are you a type A person who has all the details planned? You just need someone to be there to execute it all? Or do you need someone to keep your bridal party in check? I’ve got experience with that.


My rate is $1,100, which includes:
- Manage final vendor confirmations, distribute timeline, floor plan, and set up details
- Up to 12 hours of day-of coverage
- Facilitate day-of rehearsal, if needed
- Oversee reception setup and teardown and manage vendor load out
- Execute ceremony (lining up of the wedding party, cueing the music, coordinating with the officiant, etc.)
- Coordinate all reception activities in conjunction with the photographer and DJ/Music (first dances, speeches, cake cutting, etc.)
- Distribute final payments and gratuities to vendors at your discretion
- Ensure all valuables such as gifts, cards, etc. are properly stored/transportation is coordinated with your appointed contact
- Video meetings for introductions and 30 days before the day to confirm details
- Open to venue tours with couple to their booked venue based on distance and availability
